Dr. Crystal Okafor is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Central University.

With years of experience as a registered nurse, Dr. Okafor has developed strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve emotional wellness. She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns.
